A small Viking shop that stays in its own valley
Woodinville Viking Repair is an independent repair business working Woodinville and nowhere else — the valley floor, the hill above it and the lake country out along the Duvall road.
Viking builds professional-style equipment for domestic kitchens and patios: commercial burner geometry, heavy cast grates, infrared burners and control systems that behave nothing like a mass-market appliance. Diagnosing one properly takes a manometer and the service documentation, not a van full of guesses.
So we look first and price second. If the honest answer is that an old unit is not worth the work, we say so, and the visit is all you pay for.

How we work
Four rules we do not bend

Measure before you name a part
A manometer on the gas line, a meter on the element, gauges on the sealed system. Most of the expensive misdiagnoses we are called in behind were a guess made from a symptom, not a reading.

One number, before anything opens
Our call-out is a flat $89. It buys the drive to your door and a full diagnosis, and it is subtracted from the repair bill once you decide to proceed. Parts and labour are quoted as one figure before the work starts, and nothing is added to it without your agreement.

Say when it is not worth it
On a twenty-year-old unit needing sealed-system work, the honest answer is sometimes replacement. We will show you the arithmetic and charge you the $89 service call and nothing more.

Leave the cabinetry as we found it
Panel-ready and integrated installations get pulled and re-set carefully, doors re-aligned before we go. Nobody should be able to tell we were there apart from the appliance working.
